It works!
It works and works good. You can send SMS and get confirmation when it was received and get a reply either as an e-mail or as an SMS. The downside is that it is expensive to send SMS. 100 SMS costs $11.99. Whereas 200 AT&T SMS costs $5 (in the US). International SMS with SMS touch costs $0.24 whereas AT&T costs $0.25. So you decide if it is worth it.
I use it for international SMS with a reply to my e-mail. That way I only pay $0.24 for each message as opposed to AT&T which would be $0.50 (for out going + incoming reply)
