Something fishy

I have read multiple postings of iPhone owners getting app store prompts to update this app... Yet those owners have never downloaded this app before. I believe something fishy has happened... Maybe the dev hiding this apps iTunes playlist file in a different app, tricking the device into believing a update is needed when the app is not even present.
